Our Services
04/27/2026Adam Law represents physicians, health systems, academic medical centers, medical device companies, suppliers, and other healthcare organizations to provide regulatory advice in matters such as effective compliance policies; privileged investigations and audits; Medicare and Medicaid billing; contract negotiations; compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, and similar healthcare regulations.
Ms. Adam is uniquely qualified to assist providers with healthcare compliance because she also represents whistleblowers. Our whistleblower clients are physicians and many other healthcare professionals who courageously report Medicare and Medicaid fraud and theft of taxpayer funds from federal healthcare programs. We have assisted in returning over $40 million of taxpayer funds to federal and state programs and have earned significant awards for our clients.
