We have assisted in returning over $40 million of taxpayer funds to federal and state programs and have earned significant awards for our clients.
Representative Matters- Advised physician practice groups and other healthcare professionals regarding compliance with HIPAA, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, National Practitioner Data Bank, and general regulatory compliance
- Assisted academic medical centers in assessing False Claims Act risk and responding to information requests
- Advised multi-state medical device suppliers regarding risk assessment under the Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act, and other laws
- Advised home care provider regarding Medicaid compliance and AKS risk assessment in several states

We raised funds for over 17,500 meals for the Atlanta Community Food Bank to support our neighbors in need across north Georgia and the Atlanta metro area.
